For online orders, please allow 1-2 business days for processing, then allow the estimated delivery times of up to 5 - 7 days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please be aware that many of the postal services do not allow insurance coverage. If your shipment is lost or damaged, there may or may not be reimbursement to you.

**Lost / Damaged shipments: If your shipment is lost or damaged, we will do everything possible to expedite a remedy to the situation. However, should you request a replacement shipment before a resolution has been reached with the shipping service, we may require payment of the second shipment.
